Thick, shiny, soft, and voluminous hair is the dream of every girl. Good looking hair gives the style and gives an attractive personality. But if you start losing hair then it also makes you less confident.

Hair fall or Hair loss is quite a common thing among women. There are many factors that contribute to the hair fall. Most of the time hair fall problems get resolved on its own but sometimes when it becomes severe then it is required to get medical treatments.

There is some possibilities lack of some nutrients in your diet such as proteins, vitamins, copper, iron, zinc etc. Deficiency of Vit.D and Vit A are the most important nutrients for hair growth.

After the age of 30, Women may experience hormonal imbalance which leads to hair fall. As women reach a certain age, their body starts converting androgens into Dihydrotestosterone (DHT) which causes a hair fall.
If a thyroid gland which is present in front of the neck if it starts producing the excess or insufficient amount of thyroid hormones then definitely it affects the hair cycle and which leads to hair loss.

Hair loss may also occur due to toxic chemicals in shampoos and conditioners which has a toxic effect on the immune system, hair follicles and impede hair growth.
Also, use of some Hair straighteners or hair curlers makes the loss of keratin and causes a hair loss.
Tips for controlling Hair loss
It is very important to understand the scalp type and chose the shampoo according to that.
Don’t choose the shampoo which is loaded with chemicals such as sulfate, parabens etc which makes the hair strands brittle and prone to breakage.
It is extremely important to have a plenty of nutrients in your diet as it is needed for a healthy hair growth. Mainly proteins and iron are very important for hair growth.
Also routinely you should do yoga and meditation for reducing the stress which leads to reducing hair fall.
Oiling the scalp with hot oil increases the blood circulation and reduces the hair fall.
Generally, before shampooing, massage the oil in hair for 15-20 mins and cover up with a shower cap. Then wash it off with a mild shampoo after two hours.
Natural Home Remedies for Hair fall
As we all know coconut is very essential for healthy hair. Generally, in the old days, our grandmas used Coconut oil for hair massage.
Coconut contains a high amount of protein and essential fats which helps in promoting hair growth.
To prepare the Coconut milk
Grate a medium-sized coconut and simmer it on a pan for 5 mins.
The let it cool and then add black pepper and fenugreek seeds and apply it on your scalp and hair.
Then leave it for 20 mins and wash it off.
Aloe vera is a very effective home remedy for hair loss and boost the hair growth. It also helps in itching and flaking of the scalp.
Take the stalk of Aloe vera extract and extract the pulp. Then apply it in your hair and leave it for 45 mins.
Then wash it off with a mild shampoo.
Amla is a very effective home remedy for hair fall since very ancient times. It contains mainly Vitamin C which strengthens the hair follicles and promotes hair growth.
Also, it prevents premature greying of the hair.
To make a paste,
Mix the lime juice with amla powder and make a paste
Then apply it on your scalp and leave it for 15-20 mins and wash it off with a mild shampoo.
Onion mainly contains the sulfur which increases the blood circulation and promotes hair growth.
Also, it has an antibacterial property that helps to fight against infections.
To make a juice,
Grind the onions and extract the juice.
Then apply it with cotton balls in your scalp and hair. Leave it for 20 mins then wash it off with shampoo.
Do it once in a week and see the difference.

You can make this mixture by beating two eggs and mix up with 2-3 tbs of castor oil. Then apply it on your scalp and let it stay for half an hour. Rinse it with shampoo.

Egg and Olive oil
For this mask, make a mixture of egg with 2-3 tbsp of olive oil then apply it on your hair starting from the roots. Let it stay for 30 mins. Then rinse it with shampoo.
This mixture helps in replenishes the hair.
